great location but some amenities need attention
The lake-facing room offered stunning views, making mornings special. We appreciated the well-maintained facilities with a clean pool and hot tub that were available to enjoy after a day out.
Some amenities, like the gym equipment, felt a bit outdated.

The location was perfect for our family! We loved using the free loaner bikes to explore the area, and the access to the shores of Lake Tahoe made for fun filled days swimming and enjoying water sports. The suite was spacious and clean, perfect for our stay.
In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the nearby highway was bothersome at bedtime. For families with children, having a small on-site cafe or snack bar would greatly improve the experience.

The lake view rooms provided stunning vistas, but opening the sliding doors brought in unwanted noise from the main road. The bathroom door malfunctioned, locking itself occasionally, but a coin easily resolved that. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to the lake and nearby dining, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

Perfect spot for families!
The room was super clean and just like the pics. Loved the location close to everything. The staff were really friendly! It was awesome having a picnic area to chill with the fam. Only thing was the room got kinda noisy from the street traffic, but still not a dealbreaker.

Great access to Lake Tahoe with stunning views from my balcony. The room was spacious and clean, decorated nicely, and offered a comfortable atmosphere. Staff greeted me warmly and were helpful throughout my stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from various restaurants and the beach. Free bicycle rentals were a fun perk for exploring the area. However, I was disappointed that the hot tub was closed during my visit. It would have been a relaxing way to unwind after my adventures. Also, noise from the pool area got a bit rowdy, making it hard to relax some evenings. The bed was not the most comfortable, and I wish the room had a better soundproofing against outside noise. Despite these issues, the experience was enjoyable, and I would consider returning for the location and friendly service.

Caught a vibe at Freshies Restaurant & Bar, their gyu-don? Absolute fire! Plus, access to the lake right across the road is a total treat. We scored a sweet Lake View Double Queen room for a killer view!
The pool scene was a wild ride with a loud crowd taking over, leaving no chairs or clean towels for others. Tried to reach the concierge for some help, but they didn’t have any solutions, which was a bummer.

missingWrote a review on 30 Junbreakfast options
However, the lack of breakfast options is noticeable, with no on-site restaurant for quick morning meals. The pool area can get overcrowded due to limited loungers, especially with larger groups, making it tricky to find a spot to relax. Couple that with rooms lacking a do-not-disturb sign, and it felt like they missed a couple of details that would boost comfort during the stay.

Stunning lake views from the balcony, and a lovely room made for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area!
No breakfast? Might as well have served ice cubes on the side!
